Steeplejack and all of its operating divisions are committed to a strong Health, Safety and Loss Control Program. It is the policy of Steeplejack to provide and maintain a safe and healthy working environment that protects its staff, its property and the general public. As a condition of contract, all sub-contractors and their employees are required to comply with all Steeplejack safety policies, rules and applicable government regulations.

All levels of management are responsible and held accountable for providing a safe work environment with appropriate equipment, procedures, training and programs. Steeplejack supports the coordination of safety initiatives amongst all workers and sub-contractors on job sites. Steeplejack communicates this policy to all work locations.
 
All Steeplejack employees are responsible for complying with all safety rules, following recommended safe work procedures, wearing all required personal protective equipment, participating in safety training programs and informing supervisors of any unsafe work conditions. Complete and active participation by everyone, every day and in every job is necessary for the excellence in safety that the company expects. The health and safety of all personnel, protection of the environment and the prevention of incidents are of prime importance to the operation of our company. Steeplejack’s goal is zero incidents in the workplace. Through continuous health, safety and loss control efforts, we can achieve this goal.
