The Steeplejack group of companies encompasses a collective business history representing 40+ years of service excellence in Western Canada. It continues to operate as a leading scaffolding contractor, and in addition has grown into a multi-service labour management company providing a complete range of plant maintenance services. These include planning and project management for major plant turnarounds and shutdowns, as well as asbestos abatement, and insulation work. Steeplejack clients, many of whom rely on the Company for long-term and repeat service needs, cover a broad spectrum including pulp and paper, oil and gas, power generating, chemical and mining industries.

Steeplejack is known as an industry leader in safety and environmental responsibility. Having been one of Canada’s first scaffolding companies to obtain ISO 9002:1994 certification, it is now upgrading to the more stringent ISO 9001:2000 standard. The Company’s outstanding performance, as proven by stellar scores on rigorous external safety audits, will now also be validated through the extensive customer evaluation processes demanded by ISO 9001.
