Steeplejack Industrial Group Inc. has developed and implemented a QUALITY ASSURANCE MANUAL that defines Management Policy, Objectives and the Company's Commitment to Quality.

The QUALITY ASSURANCE MANUAL describes the program that will be used by Steeplejack Industrial Group Inc. to assure that equipment and services comply to code and specification requirements. Our company philosophy is to provide quality equipment and services by experienced and competent tradesmen using appropriate methods and inspection procedures.

In addition to the responsibilities and authorities defined in the QUALITY ASSURANCE MANUAL, all persons performing QUALITY ASSURANCE functions have the organizational freedom to identify problems and to initiate, recommend and provide solutions through direct endorsement of the President and CEO.

All supervisors and personnel recognized in the QUALITY ASSURANCE MANUAL shall be responsible to implement their portion of the Quality Assurance Program described in the Manual during all work performed and services provided.

The management of Steeplejack Industrial Group Inc. supports the participation of employees in the Quality Program and, to that end, provides proper equipment, training and procedures.
